「100歳クラブ」は、100 歳以上の方の写真を家族などが投稿し、アプリを使う方どうしで見せ合うアプリです。写真には、主役の方と一緒にお孫さん・ひ孫さんなどの子どもが写ることがあります。株式会社かたは、子どもの性的虐待と搾取（CSAE）を一切許しません。
禁止すること
次のものを、投稿の写真とひとこと、主役の方のプロフィール（呼び名・自己紹介の文・丸い写真）のどこにも載せることを禁止します。
- 子どもの性的虐待の画像や内容（CSAM）。実写・加工・作られたものを問いません
- 子どもを性的に扱う内容、子どもを性的な目的で誘う・手なずける（グルーミング）内容
- 子どもを性的に搾取する目的での、子どもの写真・個人の情報の掲載
- 子どもの人身取引や、子どもを危険にさらすことを勧める内容
利用規約の「禁止すること」（性的な内容など）にも当たります。
防ぐための仕組み
- 管理者の許可: 公開の投稿は、運営の管理者が確かめてから、ほかの方に見せます。許可する前は、投稿した本人と管理者にしか見えません
- 写真の自動の確かめ: 投稿の写真と丸い写真は、載せる前にサーバが自動で確かめ、性的な内容や暴力的な内容を含む可能性が高いと判定した写真は受け付けません。主役の方のプロフィールは管理者の許可を経ずに出ますが、丸い写真はこの確かめを通ったものだけを使います
- 通報: 登録した方は、公開されているほかの方の投稿と主役の方のプロフィールを、アプリの中から通報できます（投稿やプロフィールのメニューの［通報する］。理由の「不適切な内容」を選んでください）。3 人以上の方から通報された投稿とプロフィールは、運営が確かめる前でも自動で非公開にします
- ブロック: 登録した方は、ほかの方をブロックして、その方の投稿を自分に出さないようにできます
- 運営は、通報を少なくとも 1 日に 1 回確かめます
見つけたときの対応
- 子どもの性的虐待の画像や内容を見つけたとき、または通報を受けたときは、すぐに非公開にして確かめ、すみやかに削除します
- 投稿したアカウントを停止します。投稿であれば、その投稿を送った端末から投稿と登録をできなくします
- 子どもの性的虐待の画像や内容と確かめたものは、警察などの関係機関に届け出て、求めに応じて協力します
法令の順守
当社は、日本の法律（児童買春、児童ポルノに係る行為等の規制及び処罰並びに児童の保護等に関する法律など）と、本アプリを提供する国・地域の子どもの安全に関する法令を守ります。

"100 Clubs" is an app where family members and others post photos of people aged 100 and over, and share them with other people who use the app. Children, such as grandchildren and great-grandchildren, may appear in photos together with the centenarian. Kata, Inc. does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind.
What is prohibited
The following must not appear anywhere in post photos and captions, or in centenarian profiles (names, bios, and profile photos).
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, edited, or generated
- Content that sexualizes children, or that solicits or grooms children for sexual purposes
- Photos or personal information of children posted to exploit them sexually
- Content that promotes trafficking children or putting children in danger
Such content also falls under "Prohibited content" in the Terms of Use (sexual content and more).
How we prevent it
- Administrator approval: Public posts are shown to others only after an administrator has reviewed them. Until then, only the person who posted and the administrators can see them
- Automatic photo checks: Before a post photo or profile photo is accepted, our server checks it automatically, and refuses photos it judges likely to contain sexual or violent content. Centenarian profiles appear without administrator approval, but a profile photo is used only after it passes this check
- Reporting: Registered users can report other people's public posts and centenarian profiles from within the app ("Report" in the post or profile menu; choose the reason "Inappropriate content"). Posts and profiles reported by three or more people are made private automatically, even before we review them
- Blocking: Registered users can block other people so that their posts are no longer shown to them
- We review reports at least once a day
What we do when we find it
- When we find, or receive a report of, child sexual abuse material or content, we make it private at once, review it, and remove it promptly
- We suspend the account that posted it. For a post, we also block the device it was sent from, so that it can no longer post or register
- We report material we confirm to be child sexual abuse material or content to the police and other relevant authorities, and cooperate with them on request
Compliance with laws
We comply with Japanese law (including the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and the Protection of Children) and with the child safety laws of the countries and regions where the app is offered.
