「あなたのファッションコーディネータ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社かた（以下「当社」）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報と、その使い道を説明するものです。
本アプリは、次の情報を取得します。すべて利用者が自分で入力するか、端末の許可を得て取得するものです。

取得しないもの: 氏名、住所、電話番号、正確な位置の履歴、連絡先、端末内の他のアプリの情報、広告 ID。
本アプリは、相手の情報をニックネームだけで扱います。本名を入力しないよう画面で案内します。Google でサインインした場合も、Google から得た氏名やメールアドレスを本アプリのデータベースに書き写しません。
広告の表示、第三者への販売、本人を特定した分析には使いません。
本アプリは、次の事業者のサービスを使います。渡すのは、そのサービスに必要な範囲だけです。提案を作る AI の提供元、データを預けている先、画面で選んでサインインする相手は、ご判断の材料になるため名前を挙げています。ほかは利用者から見えない裏方のため、種類と所在国だけを示します。

これ以外の第三者には渡しません。法令に基づく開示の求めがあった場合を除きます。
上の表のうち日本国外の事業者へ渡すものは、外国にある第三者への提供にあたります。移転先の国は表に示したとおりです。各社における個人情報の取扱いについて詳しくお知りになりたい場合は、info@katainformation.com にお問い合わせください。
服装の提案は Anthropic の Claude API が作ります。渡す前に、個人を思い出せる情報を取り除きます。
渡すもの: 候補の服の一覧（種類・色・素材・かしこまり度合い・暖かさ）、天気、予定のかしこまり度合い・時間帯・人数、相手の関係の種別、相手の服装のかしこまり度合いと主な色、これまでに着たものと満足度、プロフィール（性別・年齢・身長・体重・服の好み）、行き先の時間帯から分かる都市名（「Tokyo」「Paris」など）、表示言語。
渡さないもの: ニックネーム、正確な日時、場所の名前、メモの本文、メールアドレス、氏名、写真。
相手は「A」「B」のような記号に置き換え、日時は「土曜の夜」「3 日後」のような相対的な言い方にし、行き先は入力された名前ではなく、時間帯から分かる都市名だけにします。
Anthropic は、渡された内容を最大 30 日間保持します。Anthropic はこれを学習には使いません。
服の写真は非公開の保管場所に置き、本人だけが読めるようにします。

保存している情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用の停止を求めることができます。アプリ内の「すべてのデータを削除」で削除は自分で行えます。その他は info@katainformation.com にご連絡ください。メールでいただいた削除の申し込みには、受け取ってから 7 日以内に対応します。
変更するときは、この文書の「最終更新」を書き換え、重要な変更のときはアプリ内でお知らせします。

"Your Fashion Coordinator" (the "App") is provided by Kata, Inc. ("we"). This policy explains what information the App handles and why.
Everything below is either entered by you or read from your device with your permission.

We do not collect your real name, postal address, phone number, precise location history, contacts, information about other apps, or advertising identifiers.
People you meet are identified by nickname only. The App tells you not to enter real names. If you sign in with Google, we do not copy the name or email address Google provides into the App's own database.
We do not use it for advertising, sell it to third parties, or perform analytics that identify you.
The App relies on the services below. Each receives only what that service needs. We name the provider of the AI that writes the suggestions, the provider that holds our backups, and the sign-in provider you choose on screen, because those help you judge. The rest are back-office services you never see, so we give only the kind and the country.

We share with no one else, except where disclosure is required by law.
Where a recipient above is outside Japan, this constitutes a transfer to a third party in a foreign country. The country is shown in the table. For details of how each of them handles personal information, contact info@katainformation.com.
Suggestions are produced by Anthropic's Claude API. We strip identifying details first.
Sent: the list of candidate garments (category, colour, material, formality, warmth), weather, the plan's formality / time of day / number of people, the relationship type of the people attending, the formality and main colour of what they plan to wear, what you wore before and how satisfied you were, your profile (gender, age, height, weight, preferences), the city name derived from the destination's time zone ("Tokyo", "Paris"), and your display language.
Not sent: nicknames, exact dates and times, venue names, the text of your notes, email addresses, real names, or photos.
People become "A", "B"; dates become relative phrases such as "Saturday evening" or "in three days"; the destination is reduced to the city name from its time zone, never the name you typed.
Anthropic retains what is sent for up to 30 days. Anthropic does not use it for training.
Garment photos are stored in a private bucket readable only by you.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your information. Deletion is available to you directly through "Delete all data". For anything else, contact info@katainformation.com. We act on deletion requests sent by email within 7 days of receiving them.
When this policy changes we update the "Last updated" date above, and notify you in the App for significant changes.
