「あなたの医療記録」（株式会社かた）のアカウントと、すべてのデータを削除する方法です。

アプリから削除する

  1. アプリを開き、右上の歯車（設定）を押します
  2. 一番下の「すべてのデータを削除」を押します
  3. 確かめの画面で「削除する」を押します。通信できる場所で行ってください

削除されるもの

すぐに端末とサーバから消します。元に戻せません。 当社が削除のあとに残すものはありません。

アプリを入れていない場合

登録したパスキーやメールアドレスがあれば、下の連絡先へ、登録したメールアドレスからご連絡ください。ご本人と確かめられたら、上と同じものを削除します。

登録しないまま使っていた場合は、当社でも利用者を見分けられないため、アプリを消した時点で記録を取り出せなくなります。

Delete in the App

  1. Open the App and tap the gear (Settings) at the top right
  2. Tap "Delete all data" at the bottom
  3. Tap "Delete" to confirm. Please do this where you are online

What is deleted

Everything is deleted from your phone and our server right away. This cannot be undone. We keep nothing after deletion.

If you no longer have the App

If you registered a passkey or email, contact us below from the email you registered. After we confirm it is you, we delete the same information.

If you used the App without registering, we cannot identify you either, so your notes cannot be recovered once the App is deleted.
