「あなたの医療記録」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社かた（以下「当社」）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報と、その使い道・預け先を説明するものです。
本アプリが扱う体調・症状・受診の記録は、個人情報保護法の「要配慮個人情報」にあたります。当社は、本アプリを初めて使うときに、利用者の同意を得てから取得します。

広告には使いません。 本アプリは広告を表示せず、記録を広告や販売のために使ったり、第三者に提供したりしません。サービスの改善や人工知能の学習にも使いません。
当社は、次の事業者に処理を委託します。いずれも当社の指示の範囲でだけ処理する契約です。

第 4 項のとおり、記録の一部は米国の事業者（Google LLC・Anthropic, PBC）が処理します。
docs/ACCOUNT_DELETION.md）本アプリは、登録しなくても使えます。登録しないまま本アプリを消したり機種変更をしたりすると、当社でも利用者を見分けられないため、記録を取り出せなくなります。
本アプリは、18 歳以上の方を対象としています。
本ポリシーを変えるときは、本アプリの中またはこのページでお知らせします。

"Your Medical Memory" (the "App") is provided by Kata Co., Ltd. ("we"). This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and who processes it.
Notes about your health, symptoms and doctor visits are sensitive personal information under Japanese law. We collect them only after you consent when you first use the App.

We do not use your information for ads. The App shows no ads, and we never use your notes for ads or sales or give them to third parties. We do not use them to improve services or to train AI.
We have the following companies process information on our behalf, only as we instruct.

As above, some information is processed by companies in the United States (Google LLC and Anthropic, PBC).
You can use the App without registering. If you delete the App or change phones without registering, we cannot identify you either, so your notes cannot be recovered.
The App is intended for people aged 18 and over.
If we change this policy, we will let you know in the App or on this page.
