アカウントとデータの削除 / Deleting your account and data

「Your Skin Resolver」のアカウントと、それに結び付いたデータは、いつでも削除できます。方法は 2 つあります。

方法 1: アプリの中から削除する（すぐに削除されます）

アプリを開く
下のバーの「アカウント」を押す
「アカウントとデータを削除」を押す
出てきた確認で「削除する」を押す

これで次のものが削除されます。取り消せません。

アカウント（メールアドレスの登録、Google との結び付き）
肌の写真
記録（気になる部分、撮影日、症状、メモ、受診の内容）
AI の解説と整理
写真の識別値と、AI の機能を使った回数
パスキー（当社のデータベースにある公開鍵など。端末のパスキーは、端末の設定から消してください）

削除したあとも、アプリはそのまま使えます。登録していない新しい状態になります。

登録していない方（匿名のアカウント）は、アプリを削除する前に、必ずこの方法で削除してください。アプリを削除しただけでは、当社のサーバの写真と記録は消えず、当社からは利用者を探せないため、あとから削除することができません。

方法 2: メールで申し込む（アプリを入れていない場合）

info@katainformation.com に、次を書いて送ってください。

件名: Your Skin Resolver アカウント削除
本文: 登録に使ったメールアドレス（Google で登録した方は、その Google アカウントのメールアドレス）

受け取ってから 7 日以内に、方法 1 と同じものを削除し、完了をお知らせします。ご本人の確認のため、登録に使ったメールアドレスから送ってください。パスキーだけで登録した方と、登録していない方（匿名のアカウント）は、当社から利用者を探せないため、アプリから削除してください（方法 1）。

記録を一部だけ削除する

アカウントは残したまま、記録の画面から 1 件ずつ、または気になる部分ごとに削除できます。写真も一緒に消えます。

削除した後に残るもの

残るもの	期間	中身
サーバの記録	最大 30 日	エラーが起きたときの記録（エラーの内容、AI の出力が想定と違ったときはその出力、利用者の番号）。期間を過ぎると自動で消えます
Claude API に渡した情報	Anthropic の方針による	AI の解説と整理のために Anthropic に渡した写真と記録の内容は、Anthropic の方針に従って扱われ、当社からは削除できません（AI の学習には使われません）
端末のメールアドレス（一時）	アプリを削除するまで	メールアドレスで登録する途中でやめた場合、リンクを送ったメールアドレスが端末に残ります。アプリを削除すると消えます

You can delete your "Your Skin Resolver" account and the data linked to it at any time, in either of two ways.

Option 1: Delete it in the App (deleted immediately)

Open the App
Tap "アカウント" (Account) in the bottom bar
Tap "アカウントとデータを削除" (Delete account and data)
Tap "削除する" (Delete) in the confirmation

This deletes the following. This cannot be undone.

Your account (your registered email address and the link to Google)
Your skin photos
Your records (concerns, dates taken, symptoms, notes, visit details)
AI explanations and summaries
Photo fingerprints and your AI usage counts
Your passkeys (the public keys and related data in our database; remove the passkey on your device from the device's settings)

You can keep using the App afterwards; it starts again as a new, unregistered user.

If you never registered (anonymous account), be sure to delete your data this way before uninstalling the App. Uninstalling alone does not delete your photos and records from our servers, and we cannot find you to delete them later.

Option 2: Request by email (if the App is not installed)

Send an email to info@katainformation.com with:

Subject: Your Skin Resolver account deletion
Body: the email address you registered with (if you registered with Google, that Google account's email address)

Within 7 days of receiving it, we delete the same things as in Option 1 and let you know. To confirm it is you, please send it from the email address you registered with. If you registered only with a passkey, or never registered (anonymous account), we cannot find you; please delete your data in the App (Option 1).

Deleting only some records

Without deleting your account, you can delete records one at a time, or a whole concern, from the record screens. The photos are deleted with them.

What remains after deletion

What remains	For how long	Details

Information sent to the Claude API	Under Anthropic's policies	Photos and record contents sent to Anthropic for AI explanations and summaries are handled under Anthropic's policies, and we cannot delete them (they are not used to train AI)
Temporary email address on your device	Until you uninstall the App	If you stopped partway through registering with an email address, the address the link was sent to remains on your device. Uninstalling the App removes it
