「Your Skin Resolver」（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社かた（以下「当社」）が提供します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報と、その使い道を説明するものです。
本アプリは、肌の気になる部分の写真と経過を記録し、近くの皮膚科などを探し、AI で経過を整理するためのアプリです。本アプリは診断を行いません。 AI の出力は見た目の記述と受診の目安であり、病名の判断ではありません。
本アプリは登録しなくても使えます。登録しないあいだは、名前もメールアドレスも持たない「匿名のアカウント」として使います。パスキー・Google・メールアドレスのどれかで登録すると、記録を別の端末へ引き継げます。
肌の写真や症状は、健康に関する情報（個人情報保護法の「要配慮個人情報」にあたることがあります）です。当社は、本アプリを初めて開いたときの同意を得たうえで、これらを取得します。

端末の中だけで行うこと: 写真を選んだとき、肌の写真かどうかを端末の中の仕組み（Google ML Kit）で判定します。この判定のために写真を外へ送ることはありません。
取得しないもの: 氏名（Google の表示名を除く）、電話番号、住所、連絡先、広告 ID、端末内の他のアプリの情報。本アプリには広告と利用状況の計測（アナリティクス）は入っていません。
第三者への販売、広告、本人を特定した分析には使いません。写真と記録を AI の学習のために当社が使うこともありません。
本アプリは、次のサービスを使います。渡すのは、そのサービスに必要な範囲だけです。本項は、電気通信事業法に基づく外部送信（利用者の端末から外部へ送られる情報）の公表を兼ねます。

インターネットで通信する仕組み上、上のサービスには、お使いのスマホの IP アドレス（ネット上の住所にあたる番号）も届きます。
上の表のうち、米国の事業者へ渡すものは外国にある第三者への提供にあたります。移転先の国は米国です。米国には、日本の個人情報保護法と同じ水準の包括的な個人情報保護の法律はありませんが、各事業者は、個人情報を保護するための措置（暗号化、アクセスの制限など）を講じています。
これ以外の第三者には渡しません。法令に基づく開示の求めがあった場合を除きます。
16 歳未満の方は、保護者の方の同意を得てからお使いください。
ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除は、info@katainformation.com にご依頼ください。削除は本アプリの「アカウント」の画面からもできます（第 5 項）。登録していない方（匿名のアカウント）は、当社から利用者を探せないため、本アプリの画面から操作してください。
変更するときは、この文書の「最終更新」を書き換え、重要な変更のときはアプリ内でお知らせします。

"Your Skin Resolver" (the "App") is provided by Kata, Inc. ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
The App lets you record photos and the progress of skin concerns, find nearby dermatology and related clinics, and have AI organize your progress. The App does not diagnose. The AI output describes appearance and suggests when to see a doctor; it never names a disease.
You can use the App without registering. Until you register, you use an "anonymous account" with no name or email address. If you register with a passkey, Google, or an email address, you can carry your records over to another device.
Photos of your skin and your symptoms are health information (they may be "special care-required personal information" under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information). We collect them only after you agree when you first open the App.

Done only on your device: when you choose a photo, an on-device model (Google ML Kit) checks whether it shows skin. The photo is not sent anywhere for this check.
We do not collect: your name (other than your Google display name), phone number, address, contacts, advertising ID, or information about other apps on your device. The App contains no ads and no usage analytics.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or analyze it to identify you. We do not use your photos or records to train AI.
The App uses the following services. We share only what each service needs. This section also serves as our disclosure of external transmissions (information sent from your device to outside parties) under Japan's Telecommunications Business Act.

Because of how the internet works, these services also receive your phone's IP address.
Sharing with the US providers above is a provision to third parties in a foreign country. The destination country is the United States. The United States has no comprehensive personal information protection law equivalent to Japan's, but each provider takes measures to protect personal information (such as encryption and access controls).
We share nothing with any other third party, except when disclosure is required by law.
If you are under 16, please get your parent's or guardian's consent before using the App.
To request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your information, email info@katainformation.com. You can also delete it from the App's "Account" screen (section 5). If you never registered (anonymous account), we cannot find you, so please use the App's screens.
When we change it, we update "Last updated" in this document, and we announce important changes in the App.
